Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling stuck, anxious or disconnected from ourselves and others. I offer a warm, supportive and safe space where you can explore whatever is on your mind at your own pace.
Together, we can work towards greater self-understanding, growth and meaningful change.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP) and have worked within the NHS, supporting people from wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.
I work with individuals experiencing a variety of difficulties, including low self-esteem, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or feeling overwhelmed by life, together we can explore what is happening for you in a way that feels supportive, collaborative and meaningful.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. I recognise that every person is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
Are you pregnant or a new parent and worried about parenthood issues? My practice includes supporting expectant and new parents adjusting to a new chapter in their lives. Personal and professional experiences have developed a deep understanding of the unique emotional changes it brings.
I also regularly work with clients in corporate industries, experiencing workplace burnout, anxieties and bullying. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in a corporate role for over a decade. During this time, I developed a clear understanding of the impact stress and anxiety can have on the body and mind and an awareness of the life-changing benefits of therapy.
I trained integratively and so have experience working with different theories and types of therapy. These include the Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, CBT and Solution-Focused methods.
People come to me for help with a wide range of issues. Here are a few of the more common difficulties that can be supported through therapy:
Low self-worth and low self-esteem
Anxiety
Low mood and depression
Childhood trauma
Family trauma
Anger issues
Relationship issues
Trust issues
Co-dependency and boundary issues
Adapting to parenthood
Shame and guilt
Workplace burnout
Bullying
Sometimes people come to therapy with a clear goal in mind and others are unsure where to start. I offer a free 20 minute introductory phone call during which you can ask any questions you may have.
I offer online sessions via Zoom. Each session is 50 minutes.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what has brought you to therapy. I carry out an assessment to gain a fuller picture of your experiences, and together we will develop a therapeutic plan that supports your goals and wellbeing.
Sessions are £80 and last 50 minutes.
I offer a limited number of low-cost therapy sessions for key workers, NHS staff, students, and those on a low income. Sessions are held online and cost £45 each.
Please get in touch via email to check current availability.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how therapy works, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to therapy, whether it might be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
All enquiries are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential and uses secure phone and email services.
